About Big Softie
Big Softie opened in 2019 in the Summerhill neighborhood right next door to one of Atlanta's most beloved bakeries, Little Tart Bakeshop. What started as a simple homage to the soft-serve of Sarah O'Brien's youth in her native Ohio, grew into a thriving business with a line wrapped around the building on summer nights and weekends.
With organic dairy and local, quality ingredients, we work to bring you the best soft-serve we can offer. We love partnering with local farms for seasonal toppings and flavors while also keeping our cherished classics, like a vanilla swirl with chocolate hardshell and sprinkles, available year-round.
We love watching folks' eyes light up when we set their cone down in front of them. Hopefully, we'll see you in the shop for your favorite swirl soon.
